Questions about scope, price and exit.
What if the scope changes during the rebuild?
The price is fixed for the scope agreed in the Blueprint. New features are quoted per flow, at a fixed price, before any work on them starts.
What is the exit clause?
If you do not continue after the Blueprint, you keep everything it produced: the flow inventory with complexity per flow, the parity test plan, the integration and data-migration list, and the fixed-price proposal.
Is the Blueprint really credited?
Yes. The Blueprint fee is credited in full to the rebuild when it is signed within 30 days.
What happens if you are late?
If we are late for reasons attributable to us, we credit a fixed percentage of the rebuild price for every week of delay, up to a cap. The exact terms are written into the Blueprint proposal.
How do I know which tier my system is?
Use the table above as a first read: screens, modules, integrations and users. The tier is confirmed in the Blueprint. Larger systems are split into two or three L rebuilds.
What does 100 % parity mean?
Every real flow recorded on the old system is replayed on the new one. Each one matches or opens a defect. Acceptance is a parity dashboard: one row per flow, each backed by a CI run.
What is included in Care?
Care Essential covers monitoring, patches and security updates, operation of the new system, and up to 10 hours a month of corrective work. Care Plus adds a monthly block of evolution hours and a 4-hour response SLA. 12-month term, billed monthly.
