Exit clause
If you do not continue after the Blueprint, you keep everything it produced: the flow inventory with complexity per flow, the parity test plan, the integration and data-migration list, and the fixed-price proposal. The Blueprint fee is credited in full to the rebuild when it is signed within 30 days.
